Signs 3 Year Commitment as Title Sponsor of
SHOT Show® Media Day at the Range

NEWTOWN, CONN.  CMG Marketing & Events and Triple Curl Public Relations & Advertising are pleased
to announce that the National Shooting Sports Foundation has made a three‐year commitment to
become the title sponsor of SHOT Show Media Day at the Range. The annual SHOT Show Media Day at
the Range, held the day before SHOT Show, has become one of the largest gatherings of media in the
industry with more than 600 in attendance this past January. This event gives industry media the
opportunity to handle, shoot and review new products and services from over 75 leading
manufacturers, nonprofit and conservation groups.

has a long history of value to those who participate and is a natural fit for NSSF as owner of the SHOT
Show,” said Chris Dolnack, senior vice president and chief marketing officer of NSSF. “The working
media has become a major part of the SHOT Show. The SHOT Show Media Day at the Range is a great
opportunity for our members and exhibitors since the media actually has an opportunity to go out and
test new products. Last year a record number of media attended, and I think the cooperative alliance
with CMG Marketing & Events and Triple Curl Public Relations & Advertising will make this an even
larger and more meaningful event.”

Manufacturer registration is now taking place for SHOT Show Media Day 2012, which will be held on
January 16 at the Boulder City Pistol and Rifle Range. It is anticipated that the 2012 event will be full to

Media registration will begin taking place in the coming months. This partnership between the NSSF and
Media Day will allow for the media to register for the event when registering to attend SHOT Show.
