Get in shape for fly fishing and get in shape for life!

Entering the ages of 40 to 50 can be a rough time for us women. Our metabolisms began to slow down way back in our 30's, but not our appetites for food and life.

We get trapped in our jobs and lifestyles, and exercise usually takes a back seat to new challenges and responsibilities. I struggled with obtaining the motivation to exercise and get in shape myself until a fishing friend told me about a product called Isagenix that she was taking...I was skeptical, but decided to try it never the less because she believed in the products and she looked great.
